How much does shipping cost?

  • Shipping cost is by weight. We always ship via USPS. All orders over $75 get free shipping.

  • European Union Shipping We ship to all 27 EU member states. Shipping rates are calculated by region:

    • Western EU (France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Ireland): $15
    • Southern EU (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Malta): $18
    • Nordic EU (Denmark, Finland, Sweden): $20
    • Eastern EU (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania): $22

    Free shipping is available on all EU orders over $150. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If you reside in the UK or European Economic Area, and subject to exceptions and limitations provided by local law, you may exercise the following rights in addition to the rights outlined above:

    • Objection to Processing and Restriction of Processing: You may have the right to ask us to stop or restrict our processing of personal information for certain purposes.

When will I receive a shipping confirmation? How long do I have to wait?

  • All orders will be processed within the next 3 business days from the original date and time of order. Most orders are shipped out within 24 hours of order placement. A confirmation will be sent by email once your items are shipped. There are times when we must allow travel time from a remote location to put warehouse for shipment. If you purchase expedited shipping the order will ship out same day. Otherwise we ship 1-3 days priority mail. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

  • You will receive an email once your order has been shipped

My Package was lost. What should I do?

  • Please go to your nearest USPS office and see if they can locate the package for you. If not, then please contact us by email. Please not that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
