RETURN POLICY

  • At My Sexy Black, our biggest goal is to serve our unique customers! For any reason you’re not completely satisfied with our product, we will do everything we can to try and make it better for you.
  • We pray you are extremely satisfied with your order! But in the case, you need to return something here is everything you should know!      

FINAL SALE   

  • Final Sale includes items labeled Final Sale, Clearance, Buy One Get One, Jewelry, Hair Accessories, Undergarments or Hats are not returnable. 

RETURNS       

  • Returns must be received within 30 calendar days of you receiving your order. The 30 days starts from the day your order was received.  After 30 days no returns/exchanges will be accepted.
  • Please allow up to 3 business days for returns to be process once we receive your item(s).
  • Please note all returns must meet our return policy criteria as we listed in the return policy, or your items will be returned to you at your expense. Thanks for understanding.
  • We must receive your returns within 30 calendar days of you receiving your order.  The 10 days take effect the day the order was received by the customer.  No returns/exchanges will be accepted after 30 days.  Please note that a return that doesn’t meet our criteria outlined in our return policy will be returned to you at your expense.  Thank you for understanding.    
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.  We are not responsible for returning shipping cost, lost or stolen packages. If for any reason your package is lost, we are not liable, but will do everything possible to help find your package by communicating with USPS, etc.
  • Exchanges are only for the same item and must be different size or color.  Due to our unique style exchanges may not be guarantee.
  • Please email our customer service at info@mysexyblack.com include order number for faster service.  We will then hold your new item if available.
  • Return your item once you get your invoice number.  Once item is received, please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
  • Once your order is processed, we will send an invoice for shipping your new item. Once the invoice is completed, we will then ship your item.
  • If for any reason we are currently sold out of the sized desired, we will be unable to process an exchanged so please refer to the return instructions above where we explain how you can receive a store credit.

To ship back your order:

  • Because we offer free shipping of orders over $100, we do not provide free return shipping.
  • If possible, utilize the mailer bag for clothing and utilize the original box for shoes etc.
  • Feel free to ship your orders back with the carrier of your choice-shipping with tracking information is recommended.
  • Include the original packing slip or your name and email address (one used to place order) in the return. Multiple orders can be shipped in the same package if you include the packing slips for each order. 

Defects or Damaged items:

  • We try extremely hard to inspect our garments before they are sent out.  By any chance, if you experience a defect or flawed item, please take a photo of the defected/flawed item and email us immediately mary@mysexyblack.com and a staff member will get back to you within 24 hours.
  • All defects and issues must be notified by email within a 7-day window and must include order number and images of the issue.
  • If for any reason an item defect is found after 7 days of receiving the shipment will be further assessed by our staff members.  After 7 days, no refund or exchange is guaranteed.
  • We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your procession for a long period of time, or if you’ve removed tags, washed or worn it.

Deliver orders:

  • We’re so happy to offer home delivery at your front door if you live within a 40 mile range from our store location. (Lafayette Louisiana)
  • Due to a delivery driver and gas, you will be charging a fee depending on the distance for your deliver.
  • Orders will be delivered within a 3-day period, and an adult must sign for the package, so please make sure an adult is home. Items must be checked while driver is present.
  • If for any reason an adult isn’t home to receive your package the driver will bring back to store and ship out at your cost. (No Exceptions)
